These chicken and avocado Tacos are absolutely delicious! They are filled with chicken and avocado, and drizzled with a Greek tzatziki sauce that elevates these hearty, authentic tacos into a scrumptious and fulfilling Mexican-inspired dish.

What you need
5 mini taco tortilla
300g diced chicken breast ( if vegetarian or vegan you can use tofu or tempeh)
1 avocado
1/2 lemon juice and salt for avocado
a handful of salad ( which one you prefer or have)
condiments for the chicken: 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder and bread crumps optional)
For the Tzatziki sauce:
200g Greek yogurt
1/4 cucumber, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
What you do
1. In a small bowl combine 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder.
Cut the chicken in small pieces and add the powder mix.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through. ( optional- When chicken is almost done throw 2 tbsp of bread crumbs and some parmesan cheese on top and let it cook for another minute)
3. Set the chicken aside. Meanwhile, peel the avocado, slice it, add a pinch of salt and squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on it.
*To prepare the Tzatziki sauce, start by grating the cucumber. Squeeze out the excess water from the grated cucumber over the sink without rinsing it.
Combine the grated cucumber in a bowl with Greek yogurt, 2 minced garlic cloves, zest from half a lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well and serve!
4. When all ready, place a tortilla wrap on a plate ( I heated it a little bit on a skillet, but it's optional), add some salad, few pieces of chicken and top with 2 tablespoons of tzatziki and 2 slices of avocado and serve!
