Refrigerate time: 30-60 min
Total time: 40 min
Ingredients:
-2 ripe bananas
-100g oat flakes
-50g almonds (or any kind of nuts)
-3 tsp cocoa and more for coating
-2 tbsp peanut butter
-1scoop of protein (optional)
Method:
1. Mash the bananas, with a fork, into a bowl, until it reaches a nice and creamy texture and set aside.
2. Chop the almonds into small pieces, the same with oats, if you don't have quick oats, or you can easily put them all in a food processor and blend until they reach a powder texture.
3. Add the cocoa, the peanut butter and protein powder if using it and mix it all together and then refrigerate for about one hour. In this time the composition should get a little bit thicker.
4. After one hour, take a plate and place some cocoa on it, take one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it the powder until it is coated and roll it in your hands to form a ball. Place on another plate and serve now or refrigerate for later.
