Simple Banana Bread recipe that requires just 6 ingredients!
This can be easily prepared by anyone using a blender to combine all the ingredients and a loaf pan for baking.
Pair this Banana Bread with your morning cup of coffee or tea for the perfect breakfast treat.

Cook time: ~50 min
Total time: 60 min
What you need
150g organic rolled oats
3 medium bananas
2 eggs + extra egg white ( for extra protein)
80g maple syrup (or honey)
1 tsp baking soda
50-80g dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
What you do
1. Add all the ingredients above to a blender, mix for 5 minutes or until everything comes together.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan
3. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips.
4. Bake for about 30 mins at 170C degrees. Or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
*you can add protein powder for more protein
*if you like it sweet make sure bananas are ripe or add some honey or maple syrop
