Chocolate Hazelnut Oatmeal

It's impossible to resist a nutritious and delicious breakfast like this one! This cocoa and hazelnut oatmeal breakfast is packed with essential nutrients that can have a positive impact on your well-being. Cocoa, rich in antioxidants and minerals, and with a good amount of soluble fiber, is renowned for its health benefits when enjoyed in moderation.

What you need:


- 200g rolled oats

- 500ml almond milk (milk of choice)

- 2 tsp cocoa

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- 1 banana, sliced

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- hazelnuts

- few pieces of dark chocolate (optional)


What you do:


1. You just need to warm up the milk (milk of your choice), add the oats, one sliced banana (for natural sweetener), 2 teaspoons of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (for more protein), 1 tablespoon of honey (for a sweeter taste), 1 tsp vanilla extract and stir to combine for 5-7 minutes, at medium-low heat, or until all the milk has been absorbed.


2. Portion the oats in 2 bowls and top with hazelnuts, a few pieces of chocolate of your choice and serve!
