Preparing these oven-baked fries brings me joy, as they are not only affordable, nutritious, long-lasting, simple, and tasty but also offer a healthier alternative to deep-fried options. They are so delicious that even the most selective eaters will enjoy them!
Dishes like this, which are inspired by traditional recipes but with a modern twist, are my favorite. I believe they would make the ideal accompaniment to a delicious burger at a friend's barbecue, a family gathering, or a cozy dinner for two!
This recipe features two kind of crispy potatoes along with a creamy, tangy lemon dijon sauce. This side dish pairs well with just about anything, but to get your creative juices flowing I wanted to share some of my favorite sauces to serve this side dish with.
