Staying healthy and strong throughout the year is easy with this Immunity Booster Juice. The juice combines fresh oranges and lemon juice for a zesty kick, along with a spicy touch of ginger root and a hint of sweetness from honey.

Servings: ~500ml
Prep time: 10 mins
What you need
- 6 juicy oranges
- 100g ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
What you do
- Peal all oranges and the lemon and add it to a blender
- Chop the ginger and the garlic in small pieces, add them to the blender
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes
- If you like, you can strain the juice using a sieve before pouring it into a glass bottle.
- Keep it in the refrigerator and use it within the next couple of days

Garlic: The ancient Greek physician Hippocrates used to prescribe garlic to treat a variety of medical conditions. Garlic is known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
