Loaded nachos are an ideal snack for your upcoming party or movie night with your loved ones. They are guaranteed to be a hit with the crowd, featuring a delicious combination of tortilla and corn chips smothered in plenty of cheese and a variety of top-notch toppings!

What you need
150g tortilla chips ( used plain ones)
100g grated cheese ( cheddar)
50g cherry tomatoes, diced
50g black olives, sliced
1/2 avocado, diced
40g jalapeños, sliced
1/2 lemon juice
Dipping Sauce:
3 tbsp chunky salsa mild
3 tbsp greek yogurt
3 tbsp guacamole or mashed avocado
What you do
1. Add the tortilla chips on a baking sheet and a tray and grate over a good chunk of cheese (I used cheddar). Put it in the oven at 180C for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
2. Remove it from the oven and top it with 50g ( about a handful) of diced tomatoes, black olives, avocado, jalapeños. And the dips: 3 tablespoons of chunky salsa, 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt and 1 mashed avocado or guacamole.
