Pomegranate & Blueberry Oatmeal

This breakfast is absolutely fantastic! It's fast, nutritious, packed with antioxidants, extremely nourishing, high in fiber, and satisfying!

What I especially enjoy about this breakfast is the ability to customize it with your preferred toppings like fruits, seeds, and nuts, and sweeten it with a ripe banana, an apple, or honey.

Servings: 2 portions

Prep time: 5 min

Cook time: 10 min

Total time: 15 min

What you need:


- 200g rolled oats

- 500ml almond milk (milk of choice)

- 1/2 pomegranate seeds

- 50g blueberries

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- 1 banana, sliced

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- flaked almonds *


What you do:


1. You just need to warm up the milk (milk of your choice), add the oats and rest of the ingredients and stir to combine for 5-7 minutes, at medium-low heat, or until all the milk has been absorbed.


2. Portion the oats in 2 bowls and top with a slice of an apple, some flaked almonds and a little bit of cinnamon and serve!
