The Story
I built DMT Nutrition because I spent years looking for nutrition advice that was honest, practical, and designed for people who are actually busy. I could not find it.
Everything I found was either too complicated, too restrictive, or written for people with unlimited time and zero stress. That is not most people. That was not me.
So I started sharing what actually worked — simple recipes, realistic habits, and nutrition principles that do not require you to overhaul your entire life. The response was immediate. People were hungry for this kind of content.
DMT Nutrition has grown from a newsletter into a full platform — with recipes, guides, tools, and soon a dedicated app. But the mission has never changed: help busy people eat better without making it harder than it needs to be.
