Ingredients

  • 150g salmon fillet
  • 150g cooked brown rice
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Spring onions to garnish

Method

    Season salmon and pan-fry 3–4 minutes each side.

    Flake over cooked rice in a bowl.

    Add avocado slices and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
