Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 400g lean turkey mince
- 100g baby spinach
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 50g feta cheese
Method

Preheat oven to 190°C. Halve peppers and remove seeds.

Fry onion and garlic until soft. Add turkey and cook through.

Add tomatoes, spinach, and cumin. Simmer 10 minutes.

Fill peppers with mixture, top with feta, and bake 25 minutes.
