Step by step
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Mash the bananas in a baking dish, then add the oats, protein powder, carrot, nuts, flaxseed, cinnamon, egg whites, baking powder, salt and milk.
Mix thoroughly and bake for 20–30 minutes until golden and set.
Divide into six portions and serve with Greek yogurt and a little honey.
