Gabriela's tips

Small changes that make this recipe easier to fit into real life.

01

Check the centre

Bake until the middle is set but still soft; overbaking makes oat portions dry once they have cooled.

02

Cool before storing

Let the tray cool fully, then portion and refrigerate in sealed containers for quick breakfasts.

03

Bring it back

Reheat with a small splash of milk and add yogurt or fresh fruit after warming.
