Method

    Heat the oven to 170°C and line a small brownie tin.

    Mix the oat flour, cocoa, salt, bicarbonate of soda and protein powder.

  3. 03

    Whisk together the yogurt, syrup, egg and vanilla, then fold into the dry ingredients.

    Stir through the chocolate chips, spread into the tin and bake for about 20 minutes.

    Cool and cut into eight squares.
