Gabriela's tips

Small changes that make this recipe easier to fit into real life.

01

Make eight equal balls

The source macros are per ball from a batch of eight.

02

Freeze before coating

A firm centre makes dipping cleaner and helps the shell set.

03

Add milk only as needed

Different protein powders absorb liquid differently.
