Step by step

Mix the oats, seeds, walnuts, flaxseed, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Stir in the coconut oil, peanut butter and maple syrup until evenly coated.
Press onto a lined tray and bake for 25 minutes, turning the tray or tossing gently halfway through.
Cool completely before breaking into clusters. Nutrition is based on ten equal portions.
