Step by step

Method

    Heat the oven to 180°C.

    Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and season the cut sides lightly with salt.

    Place cut-side down on a tray and bake for about 40 minutes, until soft.

    Cool slightly, scoop out the flesh and blend until smooth.

  5. 05

    Use immediately or divide into portions and freeze.
