Banana baked oats swirled with mango yogurt and raspberry chia jam for a fruity meal-prep breakfast.
Step by step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mash the bananas in an ovenproof dish and mix in the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and milk.
Blend the yogurt and mango. Simmer the raspberries, chia and honey briefly, then cool until thickened.
Dollop the mango yogurt and raspberry jam over the oat mixture and swirl lightly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set, then divide into six portions.
