Step by step
Mix the flour, yogurt, salt and baking powder into a dough. Divide into four and shape into bagels.
Brush with egg wash, add sesame seeds and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Slice one cooled bagel and spread with cream cheese.
Add turkey, spinach and tomato. Cook the eggs to your liking, season and add them to the bagel.
